Mozilla Firefox 46 is a web browser developed by Mozilla Foundation, available for download in full install version for Windows platforms from legacy sources. This version of Firefox was officially released on 2016-04-26 for public access and a brief summary of important updates and change log pertaining to this edition can be read below.

Mozilla released Firefox version 46 with many security fixes, additional HTML elements support and couple of developer tools add-ons. In the HTML elements arena two elements support is added including Web Crypto API for HKDF support.

Among the security elements JavaScript JIT compiler has now improved security in addition to GTK3 integration for Linux edition. In the visual improvement point Google Docs blank spaces are now displayed correctly. Also now rendering of SVGs which use clip and mask has been corrected. 

With this edition Mozilla fixed the WebRTC errors resulting in performance and stability improvements.
