Mozilla Firefox 52 is a web browser developed by Mozilla Foundation, available for download in full install version for Windows platforms from legacy sources. From Firefox 52 edition onwards Firefox no longer supports NPAPI Plugin including Silverlight, Java and Acrobat, however Flash support remain unchanged. Also the Battery Status API has been dropped to protect privacy of users from being tracked.

Download interface has been improved with functionalities like download fail notification in toolbar, quick access to last 5 downloads and large buttons to cancel or restart downloads.

This edition supports for WebAssembly which eliminates the need for plugin for near-native game performance. With inclusion of automatic portal detection, Wi-Fi hotspots are now easy to detect in Firefox. Google Hangouts support is temporarily dropped in this edition.
